Prof. (Dr.) Meenakshi Pahuja is an internationally recognized swimmer, educator, and mentor whose journey reflects discipline, resilience, and deep connection with natural elements. From becoming a Junior National Champion at a young age to representing India internationally, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in sports and education.

Currently serving as an Professor at Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi, she plays a vital role in empowering young women through sports and mentorship. Her transition into open water swimming further highlights her dedication to endurance, self-mastery, and harmony with nature.
